Two days of quilting.  Lovely company and stunning views.  Magic.

See that little black bit of quilting at the front?  That’s a bit of free motion playing that I had fun with.  I call it midnight.  I think it has a future as a cushion.

I finished 2 quilts.  Yes, that’s right, finished, (insert happy dance here.) Blue Poles, done.  The compensation squares quilt, done.  And I wasn’t the only one.  Other quilts were finished, and started and continued.

Did you see the kangaroos?  They came to say hello in the afternoon.  The bottom 3 photos of quilts are mine.  The other quilts are some of the fabulous creations from the other talented quilters.

Let me share with you the beautiful sunset, with appropriate viewing from veranda corner with cheese and wine.

In an almost unprecedented moment of early rising, I also captured sunrise over the valley.
